Below sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that shall apply to your tickets (“Tickets”) for entry (“Entry”) to ‘Sentebale present Coldplay & Special Guests’ on 28th June 2016 (the “Event”) at Kensington Palace (the “Venue”): (i) an opening ceremony as organised by or on behalf of (“Sentebale”). Please note that by attending the Event and purchasing any Tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the regulations of the Venue (a copy of is available from the Venue). Purchase and/or possession of a Ticket as well as presentation of it constitutes acceptance of these Terms as follows:

  1. Right of admission is reserved. Tickets are not transferable. Any unlawful reselling (or attempting to do so) is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the Ticket without any refund or compensation and/or the Ticket holder being refused entry or removed from the Event. There are to be no re-admissions after Entry. Admission is at customers own risk, Sentebale will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injuries sustained at any Event.
  2. Tickets may not be used for any advertising, competitions, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or used, sold or given away in conjunction with other products or services (such as part of a travel or hospitality package) without the express written permission of Sentebale in advance. Failure to comply with the foregoing may result in the cancellation of the Ticket without any refund or compensation and/or the Ticket holder being refused entry or removed from the Event.
  3. When purchasing Tickets you are limited to a specified number of Tickets. This amount is included on the purchase pages of each designated ticket agent’s website and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.
  4. It is your responsibility to check your Ticket(s) and to ascertain the date and the time of the Event.
  5. We are not responsible or liable for any Tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed. Removing the Ticket stub will invalidate the Ticket.
  6. For security purposes all Tickets remain the property of Sentebale at all times.
  7. No child under the age of 16 will be admitted to the Event unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over at all times. Proof of age may be requested upon Entry. Sentebale reserves the right to determine the ratio of adults in relation to children required for adequate supervision.
  8. Ticket holders may be ejected from an Event and reported to the Police if, in the reasonable opinion of Sentebale, the Ticket holder is a risk to the safety of any patron and/or may affect the enjoyment of other patrons and/or the running of the Event or may cause damage, nuisance or injury.
  9. No bicycles, skateboards, scooters or personal motorised vehicles are permitted in the Venue.
  10. Your purchase of Tickets is subject to Sentebale’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control and in such circumstances Sentebale shall not be obligated to refund Ticket monies or exchange your Ticket(s). Once purchased, Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the Event is cancelled (see details below).
  11. If the Event is cancelled, Sentebale will use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as reasonably possible (including notifying you of the details of any re-scheduling). If the Event is to be re-scheduled, you will be offered a Ticket (or package (being a Ticket bundled with other items) if applicable) for the rescheduled Event to which your Ticket relates (subject to availability) equivalent in value to the Ticket or package you originally purchased. If you are not able to attend the rescheduled Event, or if the Event is not rescheduled, Sentebale shall give you a refund of the face value of the Ticket. If you wish to claim such a refund, please apply in writing to your point of purchase, enclosing your unused Ticket(s) within 28 days of receiving notification of the cancellation or rescheduling (please note that this is without prejudice to your statutory rights). Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase other than in accordance with this clause.
  12. Sentebale shall not have any liability to you beyond the face value of the Ticket. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.
  13. The following restrictions will apply to your attendance at the Event and your breach of any of these may lead to you being refused entry or ejected from the Event: (i) crowd surfing and moshing are prohibited; (ii) no food or drink (except personal supplies of water in plastic sealed containers of up to 500ml) or illegal substances are permitted to be brought into any Venue; (iii) animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted in any Venue; (iv) no starting fires, involvement in or throwing items into a fire; and (v) laser pens, glass bottles or cans, spray cans, gas canisters, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, dangerous or hazardous weapons/item, flags, banners, klaxons, air horns and other similar items capable of making loud noise are prohibited.
  14. Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is strictly prohibited. Please note that CCTV and filming will be present at the Event and by attending you consent to your being filmed without payment.
  15. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, Sentebale and the Venue reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event with no refund.
  16. These Terms shall be governed by English Law and we both agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
