Event facilities and services
- ATMs
- There are ATMs available on High Street Kensington
- Free Drinking Water
- There is free water available throughout the event
- Left luggage / cloakroom
- There will be no left luggage facilities at the event, so bring only what you can carry and please leave valuables at home
- Merchandise
- There will be official vendors selling programmes to the event. There is no other official merchandise. Please do not buy from illegal street traders selling counterfeit goods outside of the event
- Nappy Changing Facilities
- There are no nappy changing facilities
- Seating
- There will be no seating available at the event with general admission tickets
- Weather
- We can rely on the British weather to be unpredictable so please come prepared with suncream and hats if the weather is good – and waterproof coats and shoes if the weather is bad! We have no wet weather provision for the event
- Strobe lighting
- Please note that it is likely that acts performing on the stage will use strobe lighting as part of their performance
- Toilets
- There will be a considerable number of toilets at the event, as detailed on the event map
- Lost Property
- Lost property will be taken to the main entrance
- Refunds and exchanges
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled
Event and Entry Restrictions
- Umbrellas, chairs and buggies
- Golf umbrellas, buggies and pushchairs, chairs and seats or shooting sticks are not permitting at the Sentebale concert for safety reasons
- Re-entry
- There is no re-admission to ticketed events after entry. Please plan ahead, once you’re in, you’re in!
- Alcohol
- No alcohol can be brought into the site
- There will be public bars available at the event
- Food and Drink
- No drinks are allowed to be brought into the event, with the exception of water in plastic containers of up to 500ml. There will be bars available to purchase alcohol and soft drinks that will take both cash and cards.
- Some food will be sold at the event and small quantities of food such as sandwiches and crisps are permitted to be brought with you.
- Cigarettes and smoking
- We will not be selling cigarettes and smoking is only allowed in designated areas
- Please dispose of any cigarette butts responsibly, rubbish from smokers is a major cause of littler and is damaging to wildlife
- Challenge 25
- If you are lucky enough to look under 25, we may ask you to prove your age when entering the event or when attempting to buy alcohol as part of our Challenge 25 Alcohol policy. If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol
- New psychoactive substances
- These are strictly forbidden at the event and following the introduction of the Psychoactive Substances Act on 26th May 2016, could result in stiff penalties for possession or supply
- Behaviour
- Illegal and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to ejection from the event. For the safety of all our visitors, crowd surfing and moshing are prohibited
- Age Restrictions
- No child under the age of 18 will be admitted to the Event unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or over at all times. Proof of age may be requested upon Entry. AEG reserves the right to determine the ratio of adults in relation to children required for adequate supervision. Unless otherwise advertised, children under the age of 2 will be admitted free of charge.
Prohibited items
- The following items are not permitted
- Air horns, selfies sticks, bicycles, cans, Chinese lanterns, dangerous or hazardous weapons / items, fireworks, flags, gas canisters, glass (of any kind), klaxons and other similar items capable of making loud noise. Laser pens, scooters, skateboards or cans and spray cans are also prohibited
- In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, we reserve the right to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event with no refunds
- Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted at any time
- Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is strictly prohibited. Your bags will be searched upon entry to the event and cameras will be permitted at the security team’s discretion, so if in doubt don’t bring it!
Video and Sound recordings
- Please note that film cameras may be present at the Event. By entering the Event and /or purchasing Tickets, ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording (which may include you as a member of the audience) and its use in distribution (commercial or otherwise) without any payment

Transport
- Public transport
- The central London location of our event means that we are well served by the public transport network and as part of our sustainability plan we urge you to use public transport where possible or walk. Use TGL’s Journey Planner at tfl.gov.uk
- The nearest tube stations to the event are High Street Kensington, Notting Hill Gate and Queensway
- There are several public buses that run to and from Kensington Palace. The nearest bus stop is ‘Kensington Palace stop N’, which is served by the following buses: 9, 10, 49, 52, 70, 452, N9. All TFL buses have level access are able to accommodate one wheelchair user
- Car Parking
- We recommend that visitors avoid coming by car where possible
